About Me
Dr. Ronald Teed is a pediatric ophthalmologist who provides specialized care for children's eye conditions and adult eye muscle problems. He emphasizes a combination of academic discipline and patient-oriented care, offering focused, evidence-based evaluations and treatment plans. Dr. Teed addresses a wide range of optical, medical, and surgical needs for pediatric eyes.
Dr. Teed completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona and earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan. He underwent an internship at Oakwood Hospital in Michigan, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Vanderbilt University. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Teed is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds memberships in several professional organizations.
