Dr. Robert Treft

Dr. Robert L. Treft founded Mountain View Eye Center in Layton, Utah, and dedicated 35 years to the field of ophthalmology. As a board-certified ophthalmologist, he provided expert care in cataract surgery, LASIK, PRK, and other laser procedures, as well as intravitreal injections for retinal conditions. Dr. Treft was one of the first physicians in Utah certified to perform LASIK and PRK, reflecting his commitment to advanced refractive surgery.

After retiring at the end of 2020, Dr. Treft continues to contribute to the medical community through research, volunteer work, and advocacy. His legacy of excellent patient care continues through the practice he built.
