Dr. Richard Scartozzi is a fellowship-trained vitreoretinal surgeon specializing in medical and surgical diseases of the retina, macula, and vitreous. His expertise includes conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, macular holes and puckers, retinal detachments, retinal tears, floaters, retinal vein occlusions, and uveitis. Dr. Scartozzi completed his vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at the Doheny Eye Institute of the University of Southern California and his ophthalmology residency at Wills Eye Hospital.
