Dr. Richard Prince

Dr. Richard B. Prince is a comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in medical and surgical eye care. He provides treatment for conditions such as cataracts, dry eye, and diabetic eye disease, and is experienced in refractive cataract surgery with advanced lens implantation technologies.

After earning his medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and completing his ophthalmology residency at the Scheie Eye Institute, Dr. Prince joined Tri-County Eye Physicians & Surgeons in 1987. He currently serves as a senior partner at Tri-Century Eye Care and is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Scheie Eye Institute.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Prince has participated in humanitarian surgical missions to Ghana with Unite for Sight. He has been recognized as a "Top Doc" by Philadelphia Magazine.
