Dr. Rashmi Pandya-Lipman

Dr. Rashmi Pandya Lipman is a board-certified pediatric ophthalmologist who treats children with conditions such as strabismus (eye crossing), amblyopia (lazy eye), and blocked tear ducts. She also provides care for adult strabismus and double vision. Her approach focuses on gentle, compassionate care to ensure young patients feel comfortable during eye exams and procedures.

Dr. Pandya Lipman completed medical school at the State University of Buffalo School of Medicine, followed by an ophthalmology residency at the Cleveland Clinic and a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology at the James Hall Eye Fellowship in Atlanta. She has been practicing in the Memphis area since 1996 and sees patients at offices in Southaven and Memphis. She welcomes new patients and offers comprehensive eye exams, surgical procedures, glasses, and contact lenses.
