About Me
Dr. Pimpiroon Ploysangam is a pediatric ophthalmologist with additional fellowship training in pediatric oculoplastics. She cares for infants, children, and teens with conditions that affect eye alignment, eyelids, and visual development. Families appreciate her calm, collaborative approach and her focus on both function and appearance when surgery is needed.
Dr. Ploysangam earned her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, completed ophthalmology residency at SUNY Buffalo—where she served as chief resident—and pursued fellowships in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at Duke University and in oculoplastics at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Her interests include pediatric oculoplastics, strabismus, and retinopathy of prematurity. She sees patients at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware and welcomes referrals for complex pediatric eye conditions.
