Dr. Sahal H. Saleh is an ophthalmologist focusing on diseases and surgery of the retina, macula, and vitreous. He evaluates and treats conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal tears and detachments, and macular disorders. Dr. Saleh earned his undergraduate degree with high distinction from the University of Michigan, where he also completed medical school. He completed an internship at Beaumont Hospital – Royal Oak and ophthalmology residency training at the Beaumont Eye Institute in Royal Oak, Michigan. In 2025, he joined Retina Consultants of Minnesota to pursue fellowship training in Vitreoretinal Diseases and Surgery. Dr. Zeeshan Haq is a retina specialist with Retina Consultants of Minnesota who evaluates and treats the full spectrum of macular, retinal, and vitreous disorders. He manages age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular occlusions, macular pucker and hole, flashes and floaters, and retinal tears and detachments, offering in-office treatments and microsurgery when needed. Raised in Rochester, Minnesota, Dr. Haq earned his medical degree at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. He completed ophthalmology residency at the University of California, San Francisco, where he served as chief resident and received a campus-wide Teaching Excellence Award for Cherished Housestaff. He then completed fellowship training with Retina Consultants of Minnesota (VitreoRetinal Surgery, P.A.) and now practices across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota.
