About Me
Dr. Paul Tlucek is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retina specialist who returned to the Pacific Northwest to join Retina Northwest in 2013. He is dedicated to providing advanced retinal care while participating in clinical research to improve treatment options for his patients.
Dr. Tlucek completed his medical education at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where he graduated with special distinction and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He served as the first chief resident in ophthalmology at the Dean McGee Eye Institute and then completed a vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications in the field.
As a retina specialist, Dr. Tlucek focuses on the diagnosis and management of complex retinal conditions. He is committed to offering personalized care and is actively involved in clinical trials to bring the latest advancements to his patients.
