Dr. Paul Finley

Dr. Paul E. Finley is an ophthalmologist at Hillsboro Eye Clinic in Oregon. He completed his undergraduate studies at Baylor University in 1987 and earned his medical degree with honors from Emory University School of Medicine in 1992. He then completed an internship at Virginia Mason Hospital in 1993 and served as a general medical officer in the U.S.

Navy before finishing his residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. Dr. Finley joined Hillsboro Eye Clinic in 2001 and became board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 2002. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Finley provides comprehensive eye care to his patients.
