About Me
Dr. Osama Sorour is a retina surgeon with a special focus on pediatric and inherited retinal diseases. He provides medical and surgical care for children and adults, combining advanced imaging, thoughtful counseling, and careful follow-up to support families through every stage of treatment. His goal is to deliver precise, compassionate care that protects vision while minimizing disruption to school, work, and family life.
Dr. Sorour completed medical school and residency at Tanta University Faculty of Medicine, followed by fellowships at Boston Children’s Hospital and Mass Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School. He is active in professional societies and research, with interests spanning inherited retinal disorders, diabetic eye disease, and innovations in imaging and laser therapy.
