Dr. Neil R. Miller is a neuro-ophthalmology specialist at Johns Hopkins Medicine, where he serves as Professor Emeritus of Ophthalmology. Dr. Miller earned his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute, where he served as chief resident.
