Dr. Neerav Lamba

Dr. Neel Lamba is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon who provides comprehensive care for patients with retinal disease and ocular inflammation. At Next Level Retina in Oak Brook, Illinois, he focuses on diagnosing and treating complex vitreoretinal conditions while delivering clear, compassionate guidance for each patient’s needs and goals.

Dr. Lamba completed ophthalmology training at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County in Chicago. He pursued additional subspecialty training through a uveitis fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye Research and Surgery Institution in Waltham, where he developed deep expertise in ocular inflammation. He then completed a comprehensive two-year fellowship in vitreoretinal disease and surgery at the Foundation for Retinal Research in New Orleans.

He has contributed to peer-reviewed journals and stays engaged with advances in eye care through professional societies, helping ensure patients have access to up-to-date diagnostic and treatment options.
