About Me
Dr. Megan Collins is a pediatric ophthalmologist at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins, where she provides comprehensive clinical and surgical care for children and adults with strabismus. She specializes in treating retinopathy of prematurity, pediatric craniofacial malformations, and adult strabismus, offering a wide range of services to address complex eye conditions in young patients. Her practice is dedicated to improving vision and eye health from infancy through adolescence.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Collins is actively involved in research and public health initiatives aimed at increasing access to pediatric eye care. She co-leads the Vision for Baltimore and Vision for Chicago programs, which provide school-based vision services, and she co-founded the Johns Hopkins Consortium for School-Based Health Solutions. Her commitment to advancing pediatric ophthalmology ensures that her patients benefit from the latest evidence-based treatments.
