Dr. Mason Schmutz is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who specializes in glaucoma and cataract surgery. He provides comprehensive medical and surgical management of glaucoma, including the latest treatments, and performs cataract surgery to restore vision. In addition, Dr. Schmutz offers general ophthalmology care for conditions such as diabetic eye disease, dry eye, macular degeneration, ocular surface disease, eye infections, trauma, and refractive error.
Dr. Schmutz is dedicated to helping his patients achieve and maintain optimal eye health and vision. He has conducted and published research in the fields of glaucoma and cataract surgery, staying at the forefront of advancements in eye care. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Glaucoma Society, reflecting his commitment to high standards in ophthalmology.
