About Me
Dr. Craig J. Chaya is an ophthalmologist at the University of Utah Health's Moran Eye Center, specializing in anterior segment eye care. He focuses on the medical and surgical management of cataracts and glaucoma, including routine and complex cases. Dr. Chaya performs advanced procedures such as micro-invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) and interventional glaucoma treatments.
Dr. Chaya emphasizes a personalized approach to eye care, taking into account the whole person. He is committed to helping patients understand their conditions and treatment options, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Chaya has a strong interest in international ophthalmology and has volunteered in various countries.
