Dr. Mary Ahluwalia

Elizabeth A. Fairless, MD, is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and medical retina specialist at the Dean McGee Eye Institute. Born and raised in Sand Springs, Oklahoma, she graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College before earning her medical degree from Yale. She completed ophthalmology residency at the University of Oklahoma’s Dean McGee Eye Institute, where she served as chief resident and was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, followed by a fellowship in medical retina at the University of Utah’s Moran Eye Center. Dr. Fairless cares for patients needing cataract surgery as well as those living with vitreoretinal conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular occlusions, and inherited retinal disease. She is committed to health equity and partners with tribal eye clinics across Oklahoma to improve access to care. Patients appreciate her thoughtful explanations, evidence-based treatment plans, and focus on preserving and improving vision over the long term.

Dr. Mohsain Gill is a board-certified ophthalmologist and cornea specialist at Triad Eye Institute. A proud Tulsan, he completed both his undergraduate studies and medical degree at the University of Oklahoma, graduating summa cum laude and earning election to Alpha Omega Alpha. He then completed ophthalmology residency at Yale University, followed by fellowship training in anterior segment, cornea, and refractive surgery at the Moran Eye Center in Salt Lake City. Dr. Gill cares for a full spectrum of corneal and anterior segment conditions and offers advanced options in cataract and refractive surgery. His surgical expertise includes complex anterior segment reconstruction, secondary intraocular lens and artificial iris implantation, endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK/DSAEK), and laser vision correction (LASIK/PRK/ICL). Patients value his clear communication, compassionate manner, and evidence-based approach to helping them see their best, whether they need routine cataract care or highly specialized corneal procedures. He is an active member of national ophthalmic societies and enjoys life in Tulsa with his family.

Dr. Jared Raabe is an ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, complex anterior segment, and premium cataract surgery. He enjoys partnering with patients to clearly explain diagnoses and tailor a plan that fits their goals, whether that involves restoring clarity with cataract surgery, improving comfort on the ocular surface, or reducing dependence on glasses with vision-correcting options. Patients appreciate his calm, thorough manner and his commitment to evidence-based care. Dr. Raabe completed medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch, ophthalmology residency at Emory University Hospital with an emphasis on global health, and a fellowship in Cornea and External Disease at the Dean McGee Eye Institute. He offers a full spectrum of modern treatments, including corneal transplantation, complex anterior segment reconstruction, LASIK, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and premium intraocular lens options.
