Dr. Martin Fox

Dr. Martin L. Fox is a refractive and corneal surgeon who serves as Chief of Refractive Surgery at Clarity Refractive Services. With over 30 years of experience, he provides a full spectrum of refractive procedures including Femtosecond laser astigmatism treatment, Visian ICL implants, and surgical management of keratoconus through Intacs and laser corneal transplantation. He is recognized as a national leader in corneal and refractive surgery.

Dr. Fox has introduced Femtosecond laser transplantation technology to the New York metropolitan area and is an expert in the treatment of keratoconus, offering corneal collagen cross-linking and intrastromal corneal ring segments (INTACS) to improve visual function. For patients who are not candidates for laser vision correction, he performs Visian ICL surgery. He has also innovated surgical techniques and instruments used by colleagues worldwide.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Fox is a writer, educator, and researcher who has lectured at national meetings and been featured in media outlets such as Good Morning America and the CBS Evening News as a national expert in laser vision correction.
