Dr. Barbara Schwartz

Dr. Barbara H. Schwartz is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience. She is an attending physician at JFK Medical Center and is known for her thorough examinations and personable bedside manner. Dr. Schwartz is passionate about helping her patients maximize their eye health and visual potential.

Dr. Schwartz provides comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and treatment of cataracts, dry eye, glaucoma, and myopia. She also performs LASIK and other refractive surgeries, and offers contact lens fittings. Her fellowship training in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery allows her to offer specialized care for a range of eye conditions.
