Dr. Marcie Wertlieb

Dr. Marcie Oser Wertlieb is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive medical and surgical eye care at Laurel Eye Physicians. She completed her ophthalmology residency at Washington Hospital Center/Georgetown University and has been serving the Laurel community since 2005.

Dr. Wertlieb is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and serves on the board of directors of the Maryland Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. She has a long history of involvement with the Prevention of Blindness Society of Metropolitan Washington. Fluent in Spanish, she welcomes Spanish-speaking patients. She provides care for a variety of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, and dry eye. Dr. Wertlieb is dedicated to helping patients maintain and improve their vision.
