Dr. Mairghread Casey

As a neuro-ophthalmologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, I specialize in diagnosing and treating visual conditions that are caused by the nervous system. I have a passion for helping patients with complex neurological eye disorders and eye misalignment conditions, including crossed eyes. Patients can always expect comprehensive and compassionate care when they come to see me. My goal is to help each patient manage their eye conditions and improve their quality of life.

Building long-term relationships with my patients is essential to me. My approach is based on having a deep understanding of each person’s unique medical history and needs, and I use this information to craft highly personalized care plans. I am committed to supporting my patients throughout their care journeys and working together toward their vision goals.
