About Me
Dr. Lynda Z. Kleiman is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cornea and external diseases and general ophthalmology. She sees patients at the Maitland office of Eye Physicians of Central Florida, where she has been practicing since 2009. Dr. Kleiman provides comprehensive eye care with a focus on conditions affecting the cornea and the front of the eye.
Dr. Kleiman completed her medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine and her ophthalmology residency at NYU Medical Center/Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. She further specialized with a fellowship in cornea and external disease at Columbia University’s Harkness Eye Institute. She has served as an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Columbia University and currently holds a similar position at the University of Central Florida.
Recognized for her expertise, Dr. Kleiman has been named a Top Doctor by U.S. News and World Report, Castle Connolly, and Orlando Magazine. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and the Cornea Society. Dr. Kleiman's clinical interests include dry eye disease, pterygium, ocular allergies, and various corneal conditions, offering patients advanced treatments for these issues.
