Dr. Lydia Banuelos

Dr. Lydia Banuelos is a fellowship-trained pediatric ophthalmologist and strabismus surgery specialist. She served as the Director of Retinopathy of Prematurity Services at Diamond Children's Center at University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona, and has received specialized training in the evaluation of infants with ROP. In addition to her pediatric expertise, she is also experienced in providing comprehensive adult ophthalmology care.

With nearly 20 years in the field of ophthalmology, Dr. Banuelos is known for taking the time to fully answer patient questions and ensure comfort during delicate vision-related procedures. She has worked with a wide variety of patients, effectively treating and managing a broad range of eye disorders and diseases.
