About Me
Dr. Lee Moore is a fellowship-trained cornea specialist who performs premium cataract, cornea, and LASIK or PRK refractive surgeries. He treats a wide array of routine and complicated eye conditions. Dr. Moore trained at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and the Dean McGee Eye Institute in Oklahoma City, and he utilizes the latest surgical techniques and procedures.
As a leading cataract surgeon, Dr. Moore introduced the most advanced intraocular lens implants, including the Light Adjustable Lens, to Central Mississippi. For cornea surgery, he was the first in the state formally trained in cornea cross-linking for keratoconus and DMEK, a partial thickness cornea transplant for Fuchs' Dystrophy. Originally from Memphis, he completed his medical degree at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson and now lives in Madison with his family, where they are active in their church and community.
