Dr. Lawrence Clewner is a board-certified ophthalmologist practicing at Clewner & Kelly Eye Center in Boca Raton, Florida. He earned his medical degree from New York University in 1991 and completed his ophthalmology training at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary in 1995.

Throughout his career, Dr. Clewner has been involved in academic and clinical leadership. He chaired the corneal disease elective at Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine and served as head corneal consultant. At Saint Barnabas Hospital, he served as assistant medical director of the refractive surgery center, where he trained local ophthalmologists in refractive and therapeutic laser surgery. He also acted as a preceptor for a corneal and refractive surgery fellowship.

Dr. Clewner has subspecialty fellowship training in corneal and refractive surgery. He specializes in the management of diseases and disorders of the cornea and also provides comprehensive ophthalmic care and cataract surgery consultations.
