Dr. Lara Dudek

Dr. Lara Dudek is a board-certified ophthalmologist who welcomes patients of all ages in her hometown of Dripping Springs, Texas. She is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and provides comprehensive eye care for a wide range of conditions, including diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, cataracts, infections, inflammatory disorders, and dry eye. Dr. Dudek is dedicated to offering the latest surgical techniques in cataract surgery, cosmetic procedures, and medical laser procedures, ensuring her patients receive advanced, personalized care.

After earning her medical degree from Oregon Health and Science University, Dr. Dudek completed a general medicine internship at Providence St. Vincent Hospital in Portland and an ophthalmology residency at The University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. She has practiced general ophthalmology in several Texas communities, including Austin, Gonzales, San Antonio, and Eagle Pass, before returning to Dripping Springs. Her approach to patient care emphasizes a compassionate and supportive environment, and she is actively involved in volunteer work and medical missions.

Dr. Dudek is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Texas Ophthalmology Association, and the Austin Ophthalmological Society.
