About Me
Dr. Kweku Grant-Acquah is a board-certified ophthalmologist with specialized training in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus, focusing on eye alignment disorders. He completed his medical education at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, where he also earned an MBA, and he undertook his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin Eye Institute. His fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus was completed at the University of California, San Diego.
Dr. Grant-Acquah is deeply committed to improving community health and reducing disparities in underserved populations. He founded a non-profit organization that provides free eye care to children and adults in need, and he regularly participates in international clinical and surgical missions to deliver care globally.
He is fluent in English and Medical Spanish, which helps him communicate effectively with a diverse patient base. His passion for knowledge and understanding drives his approach to patient care, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate treatment.
