He completed ophthalmology residency at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, where he served as Chief Resident, followed by a fellowship in retina and uveitis at London’s Moorfields Eye Hospital. Dr. Kimberly Tran, MD is a vitreoretinal surgeon who treats the full spectrum of medical and surgical retina conditions. She joined Associated Retina Consultants in 2024 and brings extensive experience caring for patients with retinal detachments, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and complex vitreoretinal disease. Dr. Tran completed both her ophthalmology residency and surgical retina fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. She has practiced in academic and private settings, taught trainees as clinical faculty, and authored research in nationally and internationally recognized ophthalmology journals. Dr. Tran is board-certified in ophthalmology and is an active member of major retina and ophthalmology societies.

Dr. Daniel Steven Churgin is a fellowship-trained, board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in disorders of the retina and vitreous.
