Dr. Kristi Kozlov

Dr. Kristi Kozlov is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 20 years of experience, serving patients in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago since 2003. She specializes in corneal and external disease as well as comprehensive eye care, providing patient-centered treatment for a wide range of vision and eye health concerns.

Dr. Kozlov earned her undergraduate degrees in biology and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis and her medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. She completed a transitional internship, an ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a fellowship in cornea, external disease, and refractive surgery at the University of California-San Diego.
