Dr. Kimberly A. Neely is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in vitreoretinal surgery at Penn State Health Eye Center. She provides expert care for patients with diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachments, and retinopathy of prematurity. In addition to her clinical practice, she holds academic appointments as an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology and Pediatrics.
