Dr. Kevin Jackson

Kevin Jackson, DO, is a board-eligible ophthalmologist with a focus on cataract and refractive surgery. At Woolfson Eye Institute, he provides laser-assisted cataract surgery and a full spectrum of laser vision correction options, and he helps patients choose standard or premium lens implants to match their visual goals. Patients value his friendly, unhurried manner and the way he walks them through testing results, potential benefits, and what to expect before and after surgery.

Dr. Jackson joined Woolfson Eye Institute in 2023 as the practice’s first ophthalmic fellow, receiving advanced training in refractive and cataract surgery while caring for patients across the region. He completed his ophthalmology residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway, New York, and earned his medical degree with honors from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Before medical school he worked as an ophthalmic technician and scribe, an experience that shaped his patient-first approach and attention to detail in the clinic and operating room.
