Dr. Kevin Johnson

Dr. Kevin D. Johnson is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive eye care for children and adults at Blue Water Eye Care Associates in Port Huron. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and ptosis (droopy eyelids). Dr. Johnson offers advanced cataract surgery with premium intraocular lenses (IOLs) and uses SLT laser therapy for effective glaucoma management.

Dr. Johnson performs minimally invasive outpatient cataract surgery and ptosis repair to enhance vision and quality of life. He also provides thorough eye exams for patients of all ages. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak. He established Blue Water Eye Care Associates in 1993 and has been serving the community ever since.

Dr. Johnson is affiliated with the American Board of Ophthalmology and several medical societies. He serves on staff at Lake Huron Medical Center and performs outpatient surgeries at Lakeshore Surgery Center in Fort Gratiot.
