Dr. Kelton Wigington

Dr. Kelton B. Wigington is an ophthalmologist at Rock Hill Eye Center, providing comprehensive eye care with specialized expertise in cataract surgery and glaucoma management. She performs standard, refractive, and complex cataract surgeries using advanced techniques. Dr. Wigington also offers medical and surgical glaucoma treatments, including minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS), and she is skilled in anterior segment micro incisional procedures. Her practice focuses on managing dry eye conditions and ocular surface diseases.

A South Carolina native, Dr. Wigington completed her undergraduate degree at Clemson University and earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She then completed an internship at Palmetto Health Richland and her ophthalmology residency at Palmetto Health Richland and the Dorn VA Medical Center. Dr. Wigington is committed to serving the Rock Hill and Fort Mill communities with personalized and advanced eye care.
