About Me
Dr. Kathryn Baker is an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon at The Eye Center of Oak Ridge, where she has been providing comprehensive eye care since 2008. She is board certified in ophthalmology and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Baker earned her medical degree from the James H. Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in 2004. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the Havener Eye Institute in Columbus, Ohio, and a family practice internship at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Erlanger Medical Center. She also holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Memphis.
A Grainger County native, Dr. Baker has been involved in medical missions with her church. She provides a range of eye care services, including cataract and refractive surgery, and treats conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye.
