Dr. Jorge Bacallao

Dr. Jorge Bacallao is a general ophthalmologist at Kendall Eye Institute in Miami, Florida. He earned his medical degree with honors from the Medical School of Havana, Cuba in 1977, completed his ophthalmology residency at Calixto Garcia Hospital in 1987, and later received advanced subspecialty training in cornea and external diseases at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, one of the leading eye institutions in the United States.

Since beginning his private practice in Miami in 2002, Dr. Bacallao has spent over two decades providing high-quality eye care.
