Dr. Jonathan Fay

Dr. Jonathan Fay is a cornea and external disease specialist who is proud to care for patients in his hometown of Klamath Falls. He offers medical and surgical solutions tailored to each person’s needs, with expertise in cataract surgery, corneal transplantation, management of corneal degenerations and infections, and vision correction such as LASIK. In addition to subspecialty care, Dr. Fay provides comprehensive eye care for diabetes, macular degeneration, and glaucoma, emphasizing clear communication and a warm, down-to-earth approach. Dr. Fay completed medical school at Oregon Health and Science University, ophthalmology residency at Montefiore Medical Center (Albert Einstein College of Medicine) in New York, and fellowship training in cornea and refractive surgery at Columbia University, where he also taught cataract surgery to residents. He is committed to bringing state-of-the-art care to the Klamath Basin while maintaining the personal touch of a community practice. Outside of medicine, he enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
