Dr. Jinali Diora

Dr. Jinali Diora is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus. She joined Inova’s pediatric ophthalmology team in 2025, bringing extensive experience in managing complex eye conditions in children and adults, including retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), amblyopia, and strabismus.

Dr. Diora is deeply committed to early intervention, collaborative care, and shared decision-making, with a particular focus on premature infants at risk for vision-threatening conditions. Her care philosophy centers on treating each child with compassion while empowering families through education and support, ensuring a family-centered approach to pediatric eye care.

Prior to joining Inova, she practiced pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus in private practice throughout Northern Virginia. Her clinical expertise encompasses comprehensive management of pediatric eye disorders, aligning with a dedication to thorough, compassionate, and specialized patient care.
