About Me
Dr. Jesse Lee Berry is a Professor of Ophthalmology and the Director of Ocular Oncology at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and the University of Southern California Roski Eye Institute. She specializes in the care of patients with eye cancers, including retinoblastoma and uveal melanoma.
Dr. Berry completed her undergraduate and medical education at Harvard University, followed by ophthalmology residency and fellowship training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and the University of Southern California. She is a leader in the field, serving as President of the International Society of Ocular Oncology and founder of Women in Ocular Oncology.
Her clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and management of ocular tumors, and she is actively involved in research, pioneering the use of liquid biopsy for eye tumors. Dr. Berry holds two endowed chairs in retinoblastoma and cancer research and is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
