Dr. Jesia Hasan is an ophthalmologist board certified in both Canada and the United States, specializing in Medical Retina. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency at McGill University, where she won awards for leadership and academic achievement during her training.

Dr. Hasan furthered her expertise through a fellowship in Medical Retina and Uveitis at the National Eye Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, part of the National Institutes of Health. She is currently on staff at the Jewish General Hospital and at Œil Santé MD, and serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology at McGill University.

In 2020, she was awarded a prize by McGill residents as an outstanding clinical instructor in the Department of Ophthalmology.
