Dr. Jerry Macher

Dr. Jerry Macher is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in comprehensive ophthalmology. He completed his undergraduate studies at Union College and earned his medical degree from New York Medical College. He then completed an internship at Maimonides Medical Center and an ophthalmology residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where he served as Administrative Chief Resident.

Dr. Macher has participated in numerous clinical research studies and served as a Clinical Instructor in Ophthalmology at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. He is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Medical Association.

With over 30 years of experience serving the Northeast Ohio area, Dr. Macher provides compassionate care and innovative treatment for a variety of ocular conditions, including glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetes-related eye care.
