About Me
Dr. Jennifer Kim is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery and helps patients see more clearly with today’s advanced lens implant options. She performs modern, no-stitch cataract surgery and offers premium IOL choices that can reduce dependence on glasses by addressing astigmatism and presbyopia. She also provides medical care for glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and common ocular surface problems such as dry eye and blepharitis.
Dr. Kim earned her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University and her medical degree from Morehouse School of Medicine. She completed ophthalmology residency training at Emory University, where she served as Chief Resident, and later spent a year as a Clinical Instructor at the Medical University of South Carolina, teaching residents and caring for patients with urgent and complex eye conditions. She is committed to clear communication and partnering with each patient on a treatment plan that fits their vision goals.
