Dr. Jeffrey Colburn

Dr. Colburn has been a pediatric ophthalmologist at Spokane Eye Clinic since 2010. He earned his medical degree from Loma Linda University, where he received the Chancellor’s Award, and completed his ophthalmology residency at the Vanderbilt Eye Institute. He then pursued fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Adult Strabismus at the University of Indiana. Dr. Colburn is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, actively participating in clinical research through the Pediatric Eye Disease Investigator Group network.

Dr. Colburn specializes in treating pediatric eye conditions including lazy eye (amblyopia), strabismus, infant tear duct surgery, childhood glaucoma, childhood droopy eyelids (ptosis), and small incision cataract surgery in infants and children.
