Dr. Jeff Wongskhaluang

Jeff Wongskhaluang, MD, MS, joined Grin Eye Care in 2015, bringing expertise from his fellowship in cornea and external diseases at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He earned his medical degree and master's in physiology from the Chicago Medical School, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Cook County Hospital. Dr. Wongs performs a wide range of eye surgeries, including cataract procedures, corneal transplants like PKP and DMEK, and refractive surgeries such as LASIK and PRK. He is also certified in micro-invasive glaucoma treatment using the iStent.

As a clinical instructor at the University of Missouri-Columbia and the Harry S. Truman Veterans Affairs Hospital, he is actively involved in training residents and conducting research. Dr. Wongs has been recognized as a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly since 2021. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling and exploring culinary arts with his wife.
