About Me
Dr. Jason Hade is a board-certified ophthalmologist providing comprehensive eye care to patients in Denville, New Jersey, and the surrounding Morris County area. He was raised in Denville and pursued his education with distinction, graduating magna cum laude from Wake Forest University with a major in biology and minor in chemistry. Dr. Hade then earned his medical degree from UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, where he was selected for the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies in recognition of his academic excellence and compassionate patient care.
His postgraduate training included a transitional year internship at Morristown Memorial Hospital and Overlook Hospital, followed by a residency in ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery at The Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Science. Dr. Hade opened his own practice in 2011 and has since been dedicated to delivering personalized eye health services. He maintains active memberships in the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Academy of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, and he has presented research at national meetings. Dr. Hade also holds staff privileges at St. Barnabas Hospital, ensuring comprehensive care for his patients.
