Dr. James Rial

Dr. James Rial is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in the surgical and medical treatment of vitreoretinal disease. He provides care for a range of retinal conditions, helping patients manage and treat disorders that affect the retina and vitreous.

Dr. Rial completed his undergraduate studies at Brown University and earned his medical degree from the State University of New York at Syracuse. He then returned to Brown for his ophthalmology residency, followed by advanced fellowship training in retinal diseases at the University of British Columbia.
