Dr. Inna Grishkan Stroh is a uveitis specialist and cataract/anterior segment surgeon who helps patients navigate the full spectrum of ocular inflammatory disease. She provides careful diagnosis and longitudinal management for infectious and noninfectious uveitis and partners closely with retina, rheumatology, and infectious disease colleagues as needed. In surgery, Dr. Stroh focuses on restoring visual quality in challenging cases, including complex cataracts and secondary intraocular lens problems. Dr. Stroh completed residency at the Wilmer Eye Institute, The Johns Hopkins Hospital, and advanced fellowship training in uveitis at the John A. Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah. She earned both her MD and PhD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and studied Biological Chemistry and Russian at Boston College.
