About Me
Dr. Hilary Beaver is a comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon at Houston Methodist Hospital. She provides care for a wide range of eye conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, corneal disease, macular disease, ocular inflammation, and ocular trauma. Dr. Beaver also performs routine eye exams and addresses contact lens-related issues.
Before joining Houston Methodist, Dr. Beaver served as an associate professor at the University of Iowa. She earned her medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the College of William and Mary. She is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and holds an academic appointment with the institution.
