Dr. Gerard D'Aversa

Dr. Gerard D'Aversa is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery. He has extensive experience in advanced cataract surgery techniques, including topical, suture-less clear corneal cataract surgery and femtosecond laser assisted cataract surgery. Dr. D'Aversa also performs corneal transplants and laser vision correction procedures such as LASIK and PRK.

Dr. D'Aversa treats a range of conditions affecting the cornea and anterior segment, including keratoconus and dry eye. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive care for patients with cataracts and corneal disorders. In addition to his clinical practice, he has participated in humanitarian medical mission trips to Ghana and Grenada, and has been recognized with multiple humanitarian awards.
