Dr. Frank Cao

Dr. Frank Cao is an ophthalmologist who specializes in glaucoma at Kaiser Permanente in Stockton. He was raised by two doctors and views medicine as a commitment and a calling. Dr. Cao chose Kaiser Permanente for its integrated, patient-centered model of care, which allows him to focus on delivering high-quality health care.

In ophthalmology, Dr. Cao enjoys the dual role of being both a medical doctor and a surgeon, and he finds it extremely satisfying to help patients preserve their vision. He has a particular interest in treating glaucoma, utilizing both traditional and newer less invasive treatments.
