Dr. Federico Mattioli

Dr. Fred Mattioli is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 20 years of vision correction experience. He served as the Houston Medical Director for a national LASIK corporation from 2003 to 2012 before opening his own private practice. More recently, he became a member of the IQ Laser Vision Family, a team of top ophthalmologists in California and Texas.

Dr. Mattioli has performed over 75,000 laser surgery treatments and hundreds of cataract and lens implant procedures, developing an acclaimed reputation as a highly-trusted Houston ophthalmologist. He specializes in a wide range of vision correction procedures, including LASIK, SMILE, EVO ICL, refractive lens exchange, PRK, cataract removal, and pterygium removal.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Dr. Mattioli and his multilingual staff are committed to providing exceptional eye care in the language patients feel most comfortable with. He is a member of the Harris County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association.
