Dr. F Cox

Dr. F. David Cox is a board-certified comprehensive ophthalmologist at Naperville Eye. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed his ophthalmology residency at Greater Baltimore Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Cox is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and an active member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. He has served on the active staff of Edward Hospital in Naperville, including as past president of the medical staff.
